40mm Fan Guard Selection

NOTE - PLEASE REFER TO THE STLs! : The other options (e.g. 3MF) are generated automatically by the site and do not appear to update for later revisions!

2025-03-24 - Increased the resolution on the Aero shrouds - purely cosmetic

2025-03-25 - Made corner holes 0.5mm larger

A selection of fan grilles / guards to stop things getting in an to hopefully make then look good!

There are 4 groups:

• Flat - 3mm depth
• Chunky - 6mm industrial
• Aero - Designed to look like a plane engine duct
• Misc fan guards - Anything else
• Noctua added at user request

They should all print without the need for supports except the Framework model which will need them!

These are deigned to be used with my 10Inch Rack Fan Mount, however will work with any 40mm fan:
