Compatible base plates
The plates in different sizes. Can be connected with the original base plates.
They are the same height but should be more rigid. If you need more special sizes let me know.
- 8x8, 10x10, …, 22x22
- 22x16
- 30x28
- 30x16
24x8
Calibration
Please print the Calibation plate first and check your best fit.
If the 0.00 you can go with the default settings and just hit print. Worked for me very well with Bambu PLA and other Brands.
Otherwise you need to Manually change the X-Y-contour compensation to the given value.
Ikea Table
If you want to build a table like I did for my son you need the following:
- Ikea Trofast
- 8 x 28x26 plates. ( I included them as a plate)
- optionally some railings
I would first lay them out. Then connect all of them with some bricks. Afterwards screw or glue them. Otherwise the spacing isnt correct between the plates.
Filaments Used
I only printed the Plates in PLA so far
- Green→ Bambulab PLA Basic Mistletoe Green
- Blue (Cover foto) → Bambulab PLA Basic Cobalt Blue
- Brown → Bambulab PLA Basic Cocoa Brown
- Beige → Elegoo PLA Beige
Additional Infos
- The slicing for the larger plates can take some time.
- I used 0.16mm layer height because I wanted the knobs to look cleaner
