Step into the future and outsmart your opponent in a high-tech battle of strategy and intelligence! The goal: checkmate the Nexus (King ♚) and claim victory for your city as the ultimate strategist! 🏆

🛠️ Setup

The game is played on a sleek 8×8 grid ⚖️, with 64 squares 🔲—a futuristic chessboard!
• 16 pieces per player, each with a unique role in this advanced showdown:

• 1 Nexus (King ♚)
• 1 AI Core (Queen ♛)
• 2 Data Hubs (Bishops ♝♝)
• 2 Zephyr Gate (Knights ♞♞)
• 2 Aegis Bastion (Rooks ♜♜)
• 8 Driftspire (Pawns ♙♙♙♙♙♙♙♙)

♟️ How the Pieces Move

• Driftspire (Pawn ♙): Moves forward ⏩ and captures diagonally. On its first move, it can move two squares! If it reaches the opposite side, promote it to something even more powerful! 👑
• Aegis Bastion (Rook ♜): Moves straight across the board ↕️↔️, blocking anything in its way.
• Zephyr Gate (Knight ♞): Jumps over other pieces in an "L" shape 🔄—think fast, because they’re hard to predict!
• Data Hub (Bishop ♝): Moves diagonally, cutting across the board with precision.
• AI Core (Queen ♛): The most powerful piece, moving in any direction across the board with no restrictions!
• Nexus (King ♚): Moves one square at a time in any direction. But be careful—if it’s “checked ⚠️,” it must escape. If not, the game ends in checkmate! ♟️🏆

🏆 Winning the Game

The game is over when the Nexus (King ♚) is checkmated—can you outsmart your opponent?

💡 AMS Required for the Board! 🎨♟️
The checkerboard pattern requires AMS for multicolor printing, but the pieces can be printed in any filament you like! So get creative!

💡 Tip: The drawer is intentionally tight to stay securely closed while traveling. If you have trouble opening it, try gripping it from the underside and using your fingertips to pry it open through the gap at the back. Once the clips release, the drawer will slide freely until you close it again.
