UPDATE!
After some feedback, I have added a new support design to provide more strength when putting a monitor directly on top of the shelf. Saving filament and allowing a flush top that wont interfere with your monitor stand! The support leg/foot attaches with two 5.0 x 20mm screws to add strength and has a notch on the back to help with alignment. It even still has the spots for the FIXA pads like before. It's listed as a separate print profile.

Hey all!
Joining in the contest with my idea for a desk shelf that utilises the IKEA FORSAND Wardrobe Door (25 x 195/229 cm) from the PAX range. Just pick up or upcycle a FORSAND, print these feet, stick ‘em on and you’re good to go!
No hardware, no supports and prints in PLA!
I have designed the feet to just slide on either end and they even have recesses for putting in some felt pads - I reused the FIXA felt pads pads that came with a KALLAX unit.
You can cut the FORSAND to the width you would prefer and even pop some edging strip on the cut face to neaten things up. The gap beneath your newly upcycled shelf will be around 75mm.
If you can, I would always recommend looking for your FORSAND in the “Re-Shop and Re-Use” section in IKEA.
