Description

This was originally posted on HF Modifiers page> Have posted the step and stl. Alterations and remix's allowed!!

Included is DXF if you want to get the plate waterjet or laser cut - SENDCUTSEND is a great option,
all that would be needed is angle iron to mount to guide bar on press and weld on or can add tapped holes to plate.

To install - using 3D print method
print flat side down as pictured. with supports as pictured
clamp part to guide bar, angle thickness is exactly same as guide bar so its easy to center.
line the face of plate up with existing guide arm but not flush so the part does not hit uprights
there is plenty of clearance in part.
and center punch holes or use a drill bit and printed part as guide to get started and drill thru using 5/16 is using standard hardware
or 8mm for metric hardware

any material should be good, I used polylite asa in a x1c

Quirks--
-the 1/4-20 holes do print tight so you have to run tap thru
-it does warp not alot but it does, glue print bed and allow it cool down while on plate

Parts used :

cam rollers CF8/KR19-- comes with 8 nuts and washer but will need 8 more
