Description

I designed this Batman-inspired fan cover to add a bold and unique touch to my gaming PC case. The design is optimized for 120mm fans, one of the most common sizes in gaming rigs, ensuring high compatibility with most cases and aftermarket cooling systems.

To improve stability and integration with the fan, I added extra thickness around the screw holes to prevent direct contact between the cover and the fan blades. This helps avoid unwanted vibrations or interference with airflow. The structure is designed to be lightweight yet durable, striking the perfect balance between aesthetics and functionality.

The cover follows the iconic lines of the Batman symbol, creating a striking visual effect when the fan is running, especially when paired with RGB lighting. I carefully adjusted the thickness and angle to ensure that airflow remains unobstructed, maintaining efficient cooling performance.

The model was created using Autodesk Fusion 360 and optimized for 3D printing on a Bambulab A1. I fine-tuned the infill density to ensure durability while minimizing material waste. The design is support-free, reducing post-processing time and making installation quick and easy.

Perfect for anyone looking to give their setup a more aggressive and customized look without compromising cooling performance.

Strength Issue:However, it could also be due to the temperature settings; two out of three prints were unfortunately unsuccessful
