Description

I got annoyed with finding the right scraps to support the guide rail ends for the clamps for making my cuts. So I designed this simple guide rail lift for the Wolfcraft Master Work 1600 (to be fitted on the long table side, the one with the awkward aluminium profile).

For the complete collection you need the profile twice, one rail lift and one support lift.

If you want to use the rail part on both sides, just mirror it inside your slicer.

Printed mine in PLA and used the “Strength” settings (6 wall loops and 25% infill), for the rail and support lift, and 3 walls 25% infill for the profile parts (using 6 walls was not flexible enough). No support or brim for needed.

02.03.25 Updated the profile part to simply clip in place.

Additional material:

2x M8x30 hex screws

2x M8 wingnuts with large washers or big starnobs

The inspiration for this part came from Peter Carr's T-Track Adapter
