Description
A dagger perfect for necromancers, and cosplay artists the like! đ
This model was 100% made by me and is confirmed to print very well on entry level 3D printers such as an Ender 3 and Bambu Labs A1. The models have been orientated correctly so all you have to do is import them into your slicer and print! â¨
đŚ This pack contains the following STLs:
- 1x Dagger Hilt
- 1x Dagger Guard
- 1x Blade tip
- 1x Alignment peg
As well as a pre-orientated .3MF file.
đDesign specs:
All pieces slide into place very nicely and should be glued with CA glue or a form of glue that expands slightly. I use UHU glue but gorilla glue will work too.
There is space in the model for a 4mm metal rod to stabilise the dagger however I found that it is really not needed and just adds unnecessary weight.
đThe Cosplay dagger:
54cm (L), 13cm (W), and 4cm (D) at its maximum.
The blade is on average: 2cm in thickness and 33cm in length.
All parts were designed to be printed on an ender 3's build volume (220x220x250mm) so any printer of that volume and greater won't need any scaling!
đ§ľRecommended settings:
- 0.2mm Layer height
- Printed using PLA but other materials may work as well
- 10+% infill density depending how hefty you want the print to feel (this preset uses 7.5% cross-hatch)
- Generated tree supports and a brim is required if you're printing on a cartesean/ bed-slinger 3D printer.
