Failed 4 times i use 0.12mm layer height at first failed 3 times change to 0.2mm layer height still the same issue. changed infill type and still cannot resolve the issue

Appreciate the design brother, I actually ended up splitting it in half and adding connections to so I could put some writing on the blade for a gift. There was a significant improvement in quality too for those interested in doing this on a larger scale.
