Description

Introduction

This is an attempt at reinterpreting the key fob design of the T10X model, an electric car brand known as TOGG (Türkiye'nin Otomobili Girişim Grubu). It is an experimental design that requires further development. The model has been carefully designed to accommodate the circuit board, battery connector, silicone button pad, and metal key from the original key fob.
 

Printing and Assembly of Body Parts
The main body of the model consists of four parts, which are positioned on two separate print plates named outer parts and middle parts. After printing the body parts, the outer parts must be glued to the middle parts using a strong plastic adhesive to form the two main body sections, as seen in the photos. There is no need for support structures during the printing process of the body parts.

Printing and Assembly of Buttons
On a separate print plate in the project, there are three buttons that will be attached to the empty spaces on the upper body part using their built-in clips. The buttons are positioned vertically to achieve better surface quality and require support structures for the floating parts during printing.

Filament Type and Colors

The prints seen in the photos were made using eSUN PLA and PLA-SILK brand filaments with a 0.2mm nozzle on a Bambu Lab Smooth PEI build plate, using two different colors (Black and Silk Blue).
