Description

I purchased the Ikea BROR utility cart to hold my A1.  I love the ability to move the cart around, but I found that the casters are a little wobbly when the printer is in use.  Even with the locks engaged the rotation of the caster would shake the cart more than I wanted.  I created these wheel chocks to hold the casters in place so they won't roll or rotate while printing.  I was originally planning to print these in TPU so they would grip the wood floor a little better, but so far PLA has worked great.  YMMV.

The plate contains a set of 4 chocks, one for each leg.

The caster on my cart has a diameter of 74.5 mm and a width of 22 mm.  The outer dimensions of the model are 72 mm long, 26 mm wide, and 22 mm high.  The opening is 23 mm wide, 66.6 mm long, and curved face has a radius of 37.5 mm.

I don't see these exact wheels as a standalone item at Ikea.  These came in the package with the rest of BROR utility cart.  Ikea does tend to reuse parts across multiple items, so it wouldn't surprise me if these wheels were found on carts or wheeled furniture.  Just measure to make sure they'll fit your need.
