Since high-quality printing requires significant material and printing time, I've added a "default quality print" as an alternative print model. This version uses slightly less material and is less precise, but it remains sufficiently robust for screw connections. When inserting drawers, etc., the housing may flex slightly more compared to the high-quality version; however, this difference should be negligible. Visually, both versions are nearly identical.
This 19-inch 2U rack mount is specifically designed to fit into a standard 19" network cabinet. Its robust construction allows it to be securely mounted using at least four screws, though it is recommended to use at least six rack screws for optimal stability.
The rack features two integrated drawer mounts.
In most cases, the required screws are already included with your rack cabinet. However, please ensure you have at least six rack screws available for proper installation.
The model is designed to be printed in two halves, which must be securely fastened together using M3 nuts and bolts. Corresponding recesses for the nuts and bolts have already been incorporated into the design.
The construction aims to minimize the amount of printing material used. However, due to the width of the model (19 inches), a minimum thickness has been maintained to prevent bending or deformation under pressure.

Materials needed:
- For combining left and right printed parts:
- 12x M3 hex nuts
- 12x M3 × 8 mm screws

- 6x cage nut sets, each consisting of:
- 1 cage nut

- 1 rack screw (M5 or M6), depending on your rack specification
