Nicer Dicer Draining Tray
Print Profile(1)

Description
We were bothered by the vegetables in the Nicer Dicer always sitting in their own liquid, which is generally undesirable. We use a "Nicer Dicer Chef S (Orange)" and already had two containers.
So we drilled several holes into one container. This can be customized depending on how much liquid you want to drain. Then we printed the basin. The container simply rests on the basin, allowing liquid from the vegetables to drain into it. We printed it with 100% infill, but I believe 50% should suffice, with three wall thicknesses to ensure watertightness.
Since preparing food often requires more force, we added five recesses on the underside for rubber feet. This provides more stability on the table. For added protection, consider sealing the print with sealant. If printed with PETG, it might even be dishwasher safe.
We also printed a lid for the container, as sometimes leftovers remain, and you may not want to leave them uncovered in the refrigerator. The lid fits snugly and clicks into place.
