Hey Guys, here is a killer goose call that works well! I will warn you now that goose calls can be a little tricky to assemble correctly, but it isn't too bad, so give it a try! I have attached assembly instructions for the best way that I've found to assemble the call so that it works correctly.
Everything but the reed and tone board can be printed at .2mm using PLA with 15% infill. I recommend printing the reeds using PLA at .1mm because they are so thin, and the tone board at .1mm because if the shape. You will need to remove a brim from the tone board after printing. I have attached a print profile containing all of the main parts on one plate.
I have added multiple different reeds of varying thicknesses to try out. Try them all and see what your favorite is!!
