Description

So the latest fidget fad is Cherry MX key switches. Ok then. Totally “FUNK”y… I couldn't fit that into 4 letters, so you get FUNK… If you're thinking of another word… get your mind out of the gutter… erm… well, OK, I have made enough letters to make many ‘choice’ 4-letter words that one would possibly not use in polite company… For example:

  • FISH
  • TOES
  • LIKE
  • WEST
  • NOTE

See. I haven't done all the letters of the alphabet, but may work on it. I also have some letters in the works that are just Ariel based. Also included is a set of non-specific unicode characters.

I also used a mac-like font, and put the letters in the mac-like corner… Why? Well, I've got a bit of a Mac thing going on at the moment.

Oh, no need to use supports, they are built into the model but ONLY if you have a support interfacing material. I use PETG for the interface and the keys printed in PLA.

The key switches in the images are these:

But I have tried several of this type (namely the one without the dust ring, and One set of caps my son has didn't fit). You're milage will probably vary.

I think that's all I have for you today.
