Description
Hello!
This is my enclosure for a Twotrees Sapphire Pro 3D printer that I designed once in the past for a friend of mine as we could not find any nice one. Included DXFs for cutting 3mm plexi / PC.
Featuring top cover that can be partially lifted on hinges to give you access to the extruder - or you can even completely dismount it using two screws. Also got front doors that you can open both left or right - as you mount them - and are held shut by magnets.
To build everything you'll need some DIN 912 or flat M4 screws. Some M5 were also needed to mount the top to the bottom. You can drill 4 holes in top plate, but it is not necessary.
Oh, and also flat M4 nuts were used instead of regular ones (DIN 439 / DIN 936 / ISO 4035).
And 4x magnets for the doors (3x7mm), glued by CA glue to plastic parts.
Cable passtrough is equipped with two pieces of a flat brush mounted to flat alloy profile, cut to fit there.
Sorry for not including full BOM - I did not made it during the build. But it includes only some screws, magnets and the brush - I'm sure you got those screws wandering around somewhere :)
In a part name the digit in a (bracket) means number of same parts that need to be printed
