may I ask, how come the nose printed on your modal with .4 nozzle at .2 layer hight? I have a similar model and when sliced, the nose and mouth are both invisible.. switch to .2 nozzle setting and it will print. I tried making those features more prominent in blender but no such luck. the file has a lot of tris.. could that be why?

Thanks to you, I looked into it some more.. changing inner and outer wall line width and turning on Arachne wall generator made the facial features print 😁 yay!
