Description

 AMS is not required!

  • Design Inspiration: The exterior design is fully infused with tactical aesthetics, internally referencing the Zippo lighter.
  • Key Features:
    • Tactical aesthetics combined with the tactile feel and user experience of a Zippo.
    • 3D-printed springs and hinges replicate the satisfying "click" sound when opening/closing, with a spring-assisted mechanism that completes the motion once the lid reaches a specific angle.

Design Parameters (Optimized for 3D Printing):

  1. All critical details are designed with <1mm precision for printability on most machines.
  2. Teardrop-shaped side assembly holes to eliminate supports and compensate for overhangs.
  3. 0.25mm assembly gaps between parts, matching Glock’s structural seams. Even low printer accuracy or imperfect assembly will maintain an authentic "firearm-like" appearance.

Available Versions:

  1. Single-Color Easy Assembly: 5 parts, requires adhesive,Simply thread three 1.75mm filament segments through the hinges.
  2. AMS Multi-Color: Same as above, optimized for multi-material printing.
  3. Detailed Multi-Part: 6 parts, requires adhesive. Includes optional alignment pin holes (non-mandatory):
    • Use 6~7mm-long 3D-printed filament segments as guides (cut from spare filament). No dedicated pins needed.

Installation Notes:

  • Assembly holes are rigorously tested at 2.0mm diameter (0.25mm clearance for 1.75mm filament). Over-enlarging may cause looseness on high-precision printers.
  • If holes are too tight, carefully enlarge them with a 2.0mm drill bit (rare due to extensive testing).

Full assembly :

1.As shown in the images, use a 1.75mm filament to secure the springs and hinges by threading it through the small holes. If the holes are too tight, carefully enlarge them with a 2.0mm drill bit. During installation, ensure the hinges are in the "open lid" position. Due to the unequal-length lever design, installation will be more difficult in other positions.

Ensure the hinges are in the 'open lid' position.

2:Install the cover and use 1.75mm filament to pass through the small hole.

Applying a small amount of lubricant to the top surface of the spring will make opening and closing smoother and produce a crisper sound.

3 Fix the remaining parts with glue, and you can optionally use positioning pins (optional) to assist in positioning.

Provides an additional barrel, different styles to choose from
