This is a Xiegu G90 faceplate cover to protect the front knobs and buttons of a Xiegu G90 QRP transceiver while packed for traveling.

The cover remains securely attached by snapping into the OEM side rails of the G90 and pops off simply by pushing on one of the latching tabs.

It prints easily but supports must be added under the latches.  Angles of other overhangs have been minimized to eliminate supports and, depending upon your slicer overhang angle settings, you shouldn’t have supports anywhere but the latches on each end. Enabling Adaptive and Smooth with default values in Variable Layer Height settings to smooth the corners is suggested but isn’t required for a good print.

This prints well in PLA, PETG, PETG-CF at layer heights from 0.28 to 0.16 with a 0.4mm nozzle without any issues on a Bambu X1 Carbon; and it should print well on any printer.

A rear cover is in the works, but it’s a bit down the priority list.
