There are boxes for hiding power strips at large mail order companies and in stores. But simply buying one would have been too easy for me, so I constructed my own. It is 30 centimeters long, which is why I provided it with wider supports in the middle, on which you have to make the cut in the slicer.

The connectors can then be inserted there, in my case as dowels (I would always prefer dowels, because if one doesn't fit, for whatever reason, you can simply leave it out instead of having to sand or saw it off) and both parts then be reassembled.

Of course, the size of the slicer can be varied, just make sure to reduce or enlarge the lid accordingly. Depending on the power strip, sharing is then no longer necessary. In my case, I designed the box for a power strip with 6 slots and a toggle switch, which is why it is quite large and long.

The height can be easily varied here, but I needed a lot of space at the top for a USB plug.

To save filament, I made holes in the bottom (I'm sorry, but I can't see the pentagons anymore, even though you wouldn't see them here anyway), since you can't see them anyway.

I added a second version of the lid without holes if you find it better.

Now have fun with it! And don't forget to leave a comment, feedback and rating. Follow me for more ideas!
