Following his epic confrontation with Dummy Octopus, a new supervillain emerges to make life difficult for Peter.

New Creation, New Challenge!

It has been a while since my last creation, but between snatched hours here and there, I have finally brought my newest supervillain to life. And not just any villain! He will lend a hand to Octopus: here is the Vulture.

His design is directly inspired by the film Spider-Man: Homecoming, which I loved (naturally, being a Marvel fan). I chose to reproduce the first version of the Vulture seen in the film, while respecting Dummy's construction style to remain within the same universe (as does the small brick mark and others).

I paid particular attention to the robustness of the parts. They will inevitably be a little more difficult to assemble, but this guarantees better durability over time. The entire project is based on the recently released Dummy V1.

REQUIREMENTS:

✔ A thoroughly cleaned and calibrated printer.
✔ A clean print bed (with isopropyl alcohol or soap if necessary) to ensure good adhesion.
✔ Hairspray or glue stick for even better adhesion.
✔ High-quality filament… otherwise, imagine cardboard wings 😅.

PRINTING:

🛠 FRAME: Parts must be printed in PETG at a minimum. PLA is too fragile and may not withstand the wear and tear of "powerful" joints and rotations.

🛡 ARMOR: Can be printed in PLA (possible but potentially fragile during assembly), PETG, ASA or other.

INFORMATION:

⚠ For your fingers… sorry, but some parts are intentionally difficult to assemble! This ensures better overall stability. (But seriously, have you seen the size of his wings?! 😅).

Well, it's not on the level of an IKEA Trofast plan, but it does the job, right?

FINISHED! Yes I know, they're beautiful!!!

💡 During assembly:

• Move the parts two or three times with each assembly; this will facilitate the break-in.
• Pliers may be useful for assembling the smallest elements without sacrificing your fingers (and no, that's not cheating).

BONUS:

✔ The wing exoskeleton, with claws and all the rest.
✔ The helmet, because even if Dummy doesn't breathe, style and anonymity are important.
✔ A Runner/Kit card version, time permitting.
✔ Armor for the back section that supports the wings.
✔ And undoubtedly other surprises… 🤫

KNOWN ISSUES:

⚠ Solidity! Basic Dummy is already fragile, so with a creation of this size, inevitably…
I am working to improve the system to strengthen the structure.
