Like this simple design... give me a boost
I'm going to be honest.. This is the world's most simplistic 3D object. The beauty is in how it's sliced..
Print these objects/models with:
0 top layers
20 - 30% (rectilinear) Infill
… and the outcome will be a solid/heavy base to hold your paint sticks.
Foam is prone to rapid degradation and instability. Cardboard holders are labor-intensive or expensive, and the commercially available plastic stations are challenging due to the small holes. With my simple design…. Sticks stick in, every time.
I've included both a square and circle design. You can use a 0.4mm or larger nozzle, set your layer height high (my plates are at .028mm Extra Draft), 1 wall loop, 0 (ZERO) top shell layers, and your infill density to 20 - 30% (i like 24%).
