A beautifully designed piece, however, the interlocking joints are excessively tight, making opening and closing extremely difficult, and only a few uses result in significant friction marks on the model. Optimization of the joints is recommended

I haven’t yet I’ve been super busy at work and haven’t done much with the models recently I’ll try to get on this tonight and update it I’ll reply back when I get it done thanks! it’s a little tight but mine doesn’t seem to bad on a x1c it’s made to open from one side then the other side comes off after I’ll let you know!

I have heard that! Sadly I keep forgetting to redesign in to make it easier I’m still trying to think of a decent way to do it and keep the same style

Great, sleek, simple design. Primary issue with it being that it requires excessive force to open or close. The bottom joint specifically doesn't want to go.

how many sleeved cards does this hold?

I have to double check but I think at least 80 maybe 100 the deck I had in it was about 85 cards I’ll find out when I get home. Edit: Looks like about 85 Sleeved Cards ill see if I can scale it up sometime a little so it can hold 100 or so
