Description

CHANGES:

UPDATE 2/11/25: ADDED 2 MORE ALIGNMENT TOOLS FOR THE COOKIE DEVICES. THE “THIN COOKIES” ARE 1MM WIDER THAN THE THICKER ONES.

UPDATE 2/19/25: ADDED 2 NEW FILLER ADAPTERS FOR 2T0X1 & 1C3X1 AFSC'S

UPDATE 6/19/25: ADDED MISSILE MAINTENANCE BADGE ALIGNMENT TOOLS FOR MALE/FEMALE FOR CLASS A BLUES.

 - CLASS B BLUES REQUIRE THE MINIATURE SIZE BADGE THAT NOBODY HAS BECAUSE NOBODY READS IN MAINTENANCE

UPDATE 2/1/26: ADDED SECURITY FORCES SHIELD BADGE ALIGNMENT TOOL.

After much feedback and more designs, I have realized there are many career fields and occupational badges (normal badges, medical, wings) so I decided to create a more modular jig vs independent jigs. This multipack is centered around normal (maintenance) badges in the 1, 2 or 3 ribbon centering in case anyone has an offset ribbon rack, and doubles (for you cross-trainees or commissioned E's / current O's).

For the non maintenance badge sized people out there, I can make filler adapters that fit over the “wings” to convert them to your specific need provided you supply the measurements.

I also included a few extra tools for those instructors out there (male and female versions) along with an untested commander pin (I am not buying one for this science project).

FOR THOSE WITH WINGS, AN EASY WAY TO GROUND THE WINGS IS TO USE A NORMAL BADGE ADAPTER ON TOP TO PUSH DOWN ON BOTH SIDES TO LEVEL INSIDE THE JIG

Every part on the plates are listed under the objects tab. I tried to group majority of like items together for simplicity.

Please leave feedback (good or bad), additions you would like to see or any changes/modifications and I will do what I can to create more for the masses. After all I am a maintainer and numbers are hard without pictures, I'm sure there's an error in one of these designs.

WITH YOUR PROVIDED MEASUREMENTS, I WILL KEEP ADDING TO THIS MULTIPACK
