A lot of people have asked me how I changed the startup logo on my Navifly / Podofo 6.25" GPS — so here’s a quick guide for everyone who wants to try it too! 
And yep — I also designed a custom GPS mount for this unit!

Step-by-Step:
Create your image
Resolution: 1560 × 720 px
File format: JPG (.jpg)
Background: black or dark looks best
File name: boot_logo.jpg
Prepare your SD card
Format the SD card as FAT32
Copy boot_logo.jpg directly to the root directory (not in a folder)
Install it
Turn off your GPS
Insert the SD card
Turn it back on
Your new startup logo will show on the next boot!
Pro Tip:
Create your own logo (Yamaha, GYTR, club logo, etc.) using free tools like
