You can easily use Bambu Studio to make modifications. First, slice it into three parts along the direction of the green arrow. Then, extend it by 42mm along the yellow direction. Next, scale and connect the middle part along the blue arrow direction to join the left and right sections. This way, you will obtain a 7x component.

I have provided the calculations for the lengths and spacing of the aluminum extrusion. Height adjustments can be easily achieved by modifying the spacing, and for varying lengths and widths, I have added three to six print profiles. For larger dimensions, the current solution exceeds Bambu Lab's capabilities
