Description
This is a modular storage rack system specifically designed for 2020 V-slot aluminum profiles, providing a neat and organized storage solution. By combining various aluminum profile components, users can easily construct a customized rack system perfectly compatible with Gridfinity Storage Box by Pred https://www.printables.com/model/543553-gridfinity-storage-box-by-pred-now-parametric, ensuring efficient and secure storage for each box. Whether in a workshop, studio, or home, this storage framework system optimizes space utilization and enhances organization efficiency and convenience.


The default reference diagram is based on a fundamental 5X 4Y 6U box. For taller boxes, such as 12U, simply adjust the vertical spacing accordingly. The calculation formula is as follows:
H=12U=12*7+18=102mm
Further width and length configurations will be provided.
However, the maximum dimensions supported by the printer are 6X 6Y; larger sizes cannot currently be printed in a single operation. Custom requests can be submitted in the comments section.
Calculating Aluminum Profile Height
Using the basic 5X 4Y 6U box as an example:
W=5X=5*42+22=232mm
L=4Y=4*42=168mm
Spacing H=6U=6*7+18=60mm
Maximum aluminum profile height per layer = Spacing 60 × Number of layers + Panel thickness 4 × (Number of layers - 1)
Minimum aluminum profile height per layer = Spacing 60 × (Number of layers - 1) + Panel thickness 4 × (Number of layers - 1)
