Ho creato un upgrade per il mio pulitore spurgo, in quanto spesso non riesce a staccare completamente le residui che si creano, per cui ho ideato questo sistema che a differenza degli altri è fisso, ma consente durante il passaggio dell'ugello (vedi gif) di staccare in maniera efficace i residui consentendo una maggiore superficie di contatto e far si che sia il pulitore spurgo che l'upgrade lavorino all'unisono.
Ho utilizzato il Petg ma sia Pla che qualsiasi altro materiale si prestino bene. Nozle 0.4 con layer a 0.12, riempimento al 15% con trama rettangolare, supporti a standard con raft 0.2, con consiglio colla per migliore adesione.
Il progetto necessita di biadesivo e del pulitore spurgo.
I created an upgrade for my drain cleaner, as it often fails to completely remove the residues that are created, so I designed this system which, unlike the others, is fixed, but allows the nozzle to pass through (see gif) to effectively detach residues allowing for a greater contact surface and ensuring that both the purge cleaner and the upgrade work in unison.
I used PETG but both PLA and any other material are suitable. Nozle 0.4 with layer at 0.12, 15% infill with rectangular texture, standard supports with raft 0.2, with glue advice for better adhesion.
The project requires double-sided tape and purge wiper.
