Description

Thanks to MarekZCMB for this nice design and sharing the .stp file! Since my Voron 0.2 was already fully assembled, I modified the part so it can be slid into place horizontally without removing the bed. This does leave a gap right behind the lead screw, but it's small and out of the way.

I’m considering printing this, however I’m curious as to what its function is, or if it’s cosmetic only? thanks!

Mostly cosmetic, but it helps prevent debris falling down around the base of the z motor or through the deck plate around the chain. It also holds the endstop switch in position more securely than the stock bracket.

I would always have problems with the original voron parts with filament falling through to the bottom. This makes it easy to install after finishing the build, but without changing the functionality.
