A friend asked me to repair his key, where the plastic had snapped off. I created this model in fusion 360 and printed on my A1. By adding a pause in the slicer your can insert the key and make it one part.
Key was 9.2mm wide and had a thickness of 1.7mm. It also featured a rectangular locating tab which can be seen on the sketch in the pictures.
