Magnetic Patch Panel Label & Carrier – For Ubiquiti

V2 of my magnetic patch panel labels, in this version I've made a small carrier that holds six individual labels that slide into recesses.  Its a lot easier to line things up nice and straight if that is of concern to you, and its still easy to change/swap labels. In theory can be used for many things but these are specifically sized to the ubiquiti brand patch panels so I have no idea if they will match any other brand, I highly recommend measuring before printing.

Dimensions of the backplate are 108mm x 12mm x 4mm and it is designed to use 4 6x2mm magnet, the label inserts are 11.4mm x 13.9mm. A pause should be added to the print at the right layer so you can insert magnets.

I highly recommend printing with a 0.2mm nozzle and printing with embossed letters face up works come out a bit better and due to the small size of the label the fewer letters you use the better the readability will be.  I find arial at 3.0+ points comes out pretty well.
