Suitcase Inlay Accessory Dremel Parkside Proxxon Bosch

This case once held my daughter's makeup set, which is no longer used.
The internal dimensions are 240x151mm, height 50mm

I had so many individual parts for my Dremel (alternatively Parkside, Bosch GRO 12V-35, Proxxon etc.) lying around that I wanted to use this case for them. There's also no more space on my Skadis wall :(.

The main body was created with Fusion360 and the dimensions 240x151x35mm, the recesses/elevations and the labeling were done in Bambu Studio so you can customize them individually.

Recesses are intended for collet chucks, cutting discs, drills, collet wrenches and Allen keys. I have added attachments for the drill chucks and collets so that they can be mounted. There are also 2 M18 threads included so that screw caps can be stored when not in use. The attached bodies (screws and pins) are not yet connected (Boolean Mesh) so that they can be further individually adapted, for example to use grinding tools.

The print time is quite high. If anyone knows how to shorten it, I would gladly accept tips.

By the way, an attempt to print in PLA did not yield a good result for me, but this may also be due to the fact that standard values were still stored for smoothing and the infill pattern was also standard.

If required, I can also provide a main body with a height of 50mm, but this will further increase the printing time and the parts will protrude too far upwards and collide with the lid.

If you're interested, the filament used was from Geeetech (PETG Silver).

Due to the dimensions, it is not suitable for the A1 Mini, unless someone divides everything into 2 parts.

Project additions (so far only implemented by me with the foam insert):
Depending on the lid of the case, you can either store more tools there. Rubber bands or straps are often attached to the lid, e.g. for screwdrivers, files or gloves. Many tool cases also have a foam insert there
