This model is based on a reference image, and many aspects remain unfinished. Improvements will be made when time allows.

My print was completed on an A1 using a 0.4mm nozzle and 0.2mm layer height with Bambu Lab's red PLA filament.

It is unpainted. Painted images, an optimized model, and refined settings will be updated after the New Year.

Specific parameters: Length 45cm, blade height 445mm, thickness 15.2mm

Additional suggestions:

1.Adjust the connecting points or increase the thickness. Otherwise, due to insufficient thickness, small gaps may appear in the connecting sections of the printed model.

2.My first print used two layers with 15% infill, resulting in a somewhat flimsy structure. Testing by another user suggests three layers with 30% infill is optimal. Feel free to experiment.

3.Only a very small portion of the top surface is slightly rough; ironing is unnecessary.

4.Consider increasing the thickness slightly or wrapping badminton grip tape or electrical tape around the handle.

The improved seam version will remain closed-source for now.
