Description

This is the top side of a Mepal Take a Break lunchbox. Mine broke when jamming to big of a sandwich in the box so I made a new one.

It fits perfectly on a flat Mepal lunchbox. It's a 1:1 replacement. I used PETG HF but i quess its printable in PLA as well. I used PETG because i dont want the handles to break. I've yet to thoroughly test it. I will keep this upload updated on my use. I've not yet tested other bigger sized lunchboxes but it looks like it has the same dimensions.

The black pieces are not included in the print, I used the original ones. You might need to push them in a bit, but after that they sit tightly. You don't need the rubber band from the original lid. I noticed it is reasonable air tight on its own. The rubberband fits perfectly but then the top will not fit on the bottom. I will update this in a newer version. This was my first print of the model and it does the job for now.

Doesn't fit on a A1 mini. You need your whole printbed to print this as it is about 25cm in length.

Warning: PLA is not considered food-safe.
