ANT PCB Maker Idler Support for 20x20mm profiles

Original project uses 10mm x 10mm aluminum sigma profiles which is hard to find. I'm building a copy of this machine but with the parts that I've found. 

This model is designed to be used with 20mm x 20mm aluminum profiles. Includes retainers for pulleys.

Hardware used (for the set, divide by 2 for only one side) :

4 x M3 nuts (2.3mm thick) press fitted  in to the underside of the print

2 x M3 washers. (Between pulleys)

4 x M3x32mm bolts. (to hold pulleys)

6 x M5x8mm bolts. (to mount the print on to the sigma profile)

6 x M5 Channel 6 nuts for sigma profiles 

2 x 16T 3mm hole pulley with bearings.

2 x No teeth 3mm hole pulley with bearings.

I've printed this model in no-name brand ABS. I live in a cold place so I've used brims for my print, but will print OK without it in normal conditions.
