Quick simple fix or improve the purge wiper blade on the A1 series printer by adding a spacer to rise the wiper closer to the nozzle, approximate about 1.25mm.

Please check to make sure the wiper has clearance with the nozzle toolhead after the installation!

Installation

Unscrew the wiper blade.

 

Insert the spacer at the bottom of the b

 

 

 

Should looks like this after installation - PLEASE CHECK CLEARANCE with the toolhead nozzle!
