stoppy - The build plate guide (P1 series)
Print Profile(6)

Description
STOP(PY) your plates!
The idea is not new but I could not find one design that met all my requirements:
Sufficient height to stop the plates from jumping over & perfect fitment for ease of use.
⚠ Remove all supports to guarantee perfect fitment ⚠

Assembly
- Align the front corner (I) and push into place
- Push from the side (II) until rear snaps into place
- Repeat on other side

Disassembly
- Push on the very end, with both fingers from top and bottom to release

The overall clearance of 0.10mm is tight!
The above steps have to be followed for correct alignment.

Et voilà!
Blindfolded alignment every single time!
Credits go to:
@JDJDJDs The shifty &
@Wiseones Build Plate Alignment Guides as their designs got me here.
@milannekuhh (who had trouble fitting his BentoBox) which made me create the “slim” version.
Now most Add-Ons for the P1P/S / X1C that sit inside the printer have enough clearance.
Design history:
25.01.2025 - Upload of stoppy
04.03.2026 - Upload of stoppys “slim” version
07.04.2025 - A slight modification in design has been made as 2 users experienced a slight fitment issue due to pointier print beds.
A huge thx to @VelocityOS at this point, for pointing this out, communicating with me and testing the new version.
