Description
I love the DIY Mini Trailer by ProfessorBoots, it looks great and fairly realistic aside from the tires and wheels. I like the look of the standard run-of-the-mill steel wheels that are on most landscaping and boat trailers, so I made these. I did not go crazy with the tire tread, I made it very basic. Print the wheels face up, you can likely print without supports but I usually support the hub so it is fairly smooth where it attaches to the axle. The tires have a flat side, make sure that's on the buildplate when you print them. Use TPU or another flex filament for the tires. I used PLA+ for the wheels, but they can be printed in pretty much anything rigid. I'll upload a center cap later as I am not entirely happy with it.
