Description

This is designs for three inserts, that fit into the Mini T-loc Systainers designed by Ben Maurice. This is only the inserts, you will need to print the case from Bens project.

These inserts are 24 mm high, so one will fit into a SYS1 box, and two will stack and fit into a SYS2, which is how I'm using it for my A1 Mini tools and hotends.

The idea is to keep the tools and spareparts in the bottom layer, as they are not needed as often, and the hotends, oil and grease in the top one, to keep it easy accessible.

There are two different versions of insert for hotends, oil and grease, because Bambu Lab has changed how the lubricant grease is packaged, so make sure to select the one that matches the style you have and use. (The new style for the foil packets with grease was added Jan 18th 2026)

All the major openings are made pretty loose, so that it's easy to grab and put back the tools, without having to fiddle too much. The exception to this are the spare filament cutters and the silicone cleaning pad, those are a bit more tight, as most likely not used so often.

Nothing sticks up above the top surface, so you can swap the order and if you would like the lid to press down on the hotends, please add a layer of foam to the lid.

Which print file for the Allen key tips

If you are talking about the plastic handle parts that that is moulded around the Allen keys in the photos, those are actually the stock ones from Bambu lab that was on the tools when I got my first A1 mini a bit more than a year ago. They might have changed that in more recent deliveries. I'll check the kit that came with the last one I got a few months ago.

Have you found out if there is a suitable file for the plastic grip parts here? I have the Allen keys of the P2S and all the files I have found so far do not fit the insert

Sorry, I forgot, but have just checked what came with my most recent A1 Mini and it did indeed not have the overmolded parts on the allen keys and they seems to be slightly different dimensions (a tad longer and a bit shorter arm). They still fit in the insert, but of course not as nicely. There seems to be designs on MakerWorld for 3D printed overmolding that fits these, but I haven't tried any of them. I actually use hex screwdrivers in most cases (specifically PB Swiss Tools branded ones)

Hello, thank you for your 2 inserts they fit very well into the SYS2 box. However I wanted to know if it was possible to replace the 2 slots for lubrication tubes with another slot to store nozzle protection socks or other items there. In fact I notice that Bambulab no longer supplies the tubes but small sachets of grease and lubricant. I recently experienced this with the purchase of my p1s. Thank you

Thank you, It's a very good point that Bambu Lab has changed the packaging of the grease. I'll keep your suggestions for the next design round for this.

It has been some time but I have now added a version of the hotend, oil and grease insert that has space for the new lubricant grease packets, but still space for the oil tube as that is how they are currently sold (at least in the EU store).

Excellent print quality, unfortunately the nozzle wiper doesn't fit for me, as it has an oversized film on the back

Thank you for letting me know. Is it the adhesive being thicker, or is it the small pull tab for removing the foil you are referring to? I also have a small pull tab, that is simply folded up towards the brushes and then it fits nicely on the side.

Its the pull tab (on all sides) when i try to fold it it starts to lift itself from the wiper so folding it is not a real Option for my case but I have seen, that there are different sizes of the tab, maybe I am just unlucky
