Simply use grid tape to secure it, and glue for better adhesion.
It is fully compatible with my three walkie-talkies: C11, Quansheng Da Jin Gang TG-K4AT, and Baofeng UV-5R. It's estimated to be compatible with 90% of walkie-talkies.
