The square slot ist printed with 100% infill for more stability. The rest of the model uses regular 15% infill.<ul><li>0.2mm layer</li><li>2 walls</li><li>15% infill for the handle</li><li>100% infill for the square slot</li></ul>

3 wall loops throughout.&nbsp;Sparse infill: Gyroid 30% for handle, 85% for head.&nbsp;Done quick and dirty using Bambu Studio&#39;s add shape (cylinder) and add negative shape (cuboid).&nbsp;For me the original broke with PLA on the first use (when trying to tighten back up, I felt I was being as gentle but I could have stopped tightening sooner I&#39;m sure).&nbsp;My rads have nothing around the bleed screw so no reason not to reinforce. 100% walls might have been better but I find a little bit of “hollow” from a high gyroid leads to extra integrity by virtue of a little softness (ask Trish&#39;s stand “Spice Girl” how softness can translate to strength if you&#39;re unsure 😅).&nbsp;The preview image / 3D preview / plate preview might not show the hole properly because as I say it&#39;s a Bambu Studio negative shape.

Radiator Bleed Key&nbsp;A simple tool for bleeding your radiator with ease. The extended handle ensures effortless operation. Even when 3D-printed with PLA, it’s sturdy enough—just as long as your radiator bleed screws aren’t completely jammed. The square slot is designed for maximum stability, providing reliable performance.  Just a short notice: Some commentators report that the model breaks after a short time, while others have no issues with the print at all.  I have no idea why the issue only occurs for some people. Unfortunately, the limited space does not allow for making the mount thicker and therefore more stable. So, be cautious during your initial attempts.
