Description

UPDATE: It looks like they changed the form factor of the device - this model is for the version of the device where the screen and buttons are on the opposite side of the device from the panel.

So, I was frustrated that the panel that came with my San AIO mod had some play in it, and didn't really like how many holes there were in it.

I took measurements from the stock panel and adjusted it until there was no play on it anymore.

You'll need 2x1mm magnets and some glue to be super safe.  I was able to press fit the magnets in myself, and I don't think they'll come out.  But glue would make sure they don't.  The panel should fit snugly, and not slide around too!

I also made the tank window smaller, and vertical, instead of a bunch of horizontal slits.

I printed and tested this with a .4mm nozzle, I would hazard a guess that .2mm nozzles would be even better.

Model is posted to tinkercad here so you can adjust it to your hearts content: https://www.tinkercad.com/things/jsAcoQyVNYb-san-aio-panel
