suitcase wheel with axel replacement

This model is a replacement tyre for large suitcase wheels, designed for ease of use and durability. It is not a complete wheel replacement—only the tyre is included (and bushing-axel replacement). If you need the entire wheel model, leave a comment, and I’ll create one for you.  

Tyre (Wheel)  Parameters:  
- Outer Diameter: 65mm  
- Inner Diameter: 55mm  
- Axle Diameter: 5.5mm  
- Width: 15mm  
- Material: TPU 95A  
- Print Settings: 15% infill (can be increased for additional durability, but 15% works well)
- Layer height 0.2 mm
- Nozzle: 0.4 mm
- No supports.

Additional Notes:  
When disassembling the wheel, you’ll need to remove the rivet holding it in place. This model includes a replacement for the rivet you’ll take out.  
 

For the bushing (axle) replacement:  
- Print it using PETG or ABS for better strength.  
- It is designed to accommodate a 3x35mm screw and an M3 nut for secure and easy assembly.  
 

This design ensures a sturdy and functional replacement for your suitcase wheel tyre. All parts can be scaled.
