Description

As there was no aftermarket replacement for the tire on my beloved Yearz March suitcase, I decided to build one on my own. If you have the same issue I hope it will help you. Needs to be printed in TPU, otherwise it won't fit onto the rim.

The mounting process takes a lot of pressure, so after aligning the notches to the inside of the tire i plugged the tire onto the rim and simply stepped on it a few times with the heel of my fairly soft sneakers. The removal and remounting of the whole wheel is a bit tricky as the wheel is bolted. I simply cracked the bolt and used a set of ikea screws that screw into each other and hide the threads afterwards, so the wheel won't unscroll the screws.
