Tooth-Shaped Bit Holder

This unique tooth-shaped bit holder is not only a practical tool but also a real eye-catcher. The latest Version 2_3 offers enhanced functionality with sturdier hinges and locking indents that ensure a secure snap when opening and closing.

Features:

• Compatibility: The holder is designed for standard drill bits sized 6.35mm or 0.25in (flat to flat), making it versatile for various uses.
• Magnet Integration: To securely hold the drill bits, pause the printing process at approximately 5.3mm height (this may vary slightly depending on your print settings) to insert the 8x3mm magnets. These magnets ensure that the bits stay firmly in place.

Supplies Needed:

• 28x 8x3mm round neodymium magnets, renowned for their powerful holding force
• 2x M5x16 screws for fastening
• 2x M5 nuts for securing
• 2x M5 washers for stabilization

Tips for Working with Magnets:

• Preparation: Lay all the magnets out so they stick to each other on their sides before printing. Mark the tops of all the magnets with a marker to simplify the insertion order.
• Insertion: Use the flat side of a tool such as an Allen wrench to pick up and place individual magnets.
• Securing: Apply a small drop of super glue to the underside of each magnet just before insertion. The heated print bed makes the glue dry quickly, accelerating the process.
• Safety: While inserting magnets, cover the nearest magnet holes already containing magnets with your finger to prevent a magnet you're working with from flipping over and potentially disrupting the arrangement.
