Bithalter "BITMAG"
Print Profile(5)

Description
Introducing the “BITMAG”, a bit organizer that is easy to print and assemble. No screws or additional materials are required. It can accommodate 22 bits with a length of 30mm, or 11 bits with a maximum length of 70mm. Select the desired bit using the rotary dial on the side. The rotary dial automatically locks into place. Use the slider to eject the bit. Finding the right bit is even easier if you always sort them with the label facing upwards. The center houses the bit holder. The receptacle is designed to accommodate a long bit holder on the left side or a short bit holder on the right side without protruding beyond the BITMAG. The hexagonal receptacle is somewhat tight initially. Insert the bit holder slightly and gently expand the hole using circular motions. Afterwards, it will fit perfectly. The bit holder should not fall out on its own. For better clarity, the carrier can be printed in two colors and the sliders in different colors. If the size of the BITMAG is not suitable (if the bits are too tight), simply adjust the X and Y dimensions of all parts in your slicer. If it is needed for longer bits, the Z-axis can also be modified. I hope you enjoy the BITMAG!
