Led strip holder and diffuser - customizable

Led strip holder and diffuser, customizable in length, number of holes and connectivity between blocks.

Within the given profile there are the basic blocks and a few examples (15cm and 20cm long)

Print Information:

I used PLA Matte for the holder and PETG Translucent for the diffuser.

In general it prints easy, but particular attention shall be taken if you print long holders including connectors. In case you experience adhesion issues you shall assure that your plate is clean and increase slightly the temperature of the bed, it was sufficient in my case. If you still have issues, you can slow down speed on first layer.

Customize it:

Directly from Bambu Studio you can:

• Increase/decrease holder and diffuser lenght
• Change/remove holes and change location
• Insert connectors, allowing you to create long holders

To do so:

Select an holder (same apply on diffuser), place it vertically on the bed, select the internal base and resize the Y unticking the uniform scale

Select a hole, duplicate it by using ctrl-c ctrl-v if needed, then move it on y axes, leaving the x position at 0

You can do the same for connectors, but in that case you shall seek for placement on Y on the edge.

You can directly apply same value (adding a minus) on negative connector.

Finally I suggest to place holders on 45 degrees angle and diffusers vertically.
