Description

This is a slimline holder for froooch's EDC knife (and variations thereof, such as the ones I made here and here) and the KNIPEX Cobra® XS (SKU 87 00 100) mini pliers.

The EDC Utility Knife slides over a boss on one side of the holder, and the Knipex pliers are pressed into place on the other side, for a very slim package. The blade boss prevents any accidental activation of the blade, and the holder also features a 2-hole loop for a lanyard or a bungee cord at the top.

On the original version, the pliers face to the right, which provides a more natural one-handed grip and removal for right-handed users. On the lefty version the pliers face to the left, but also sit closer to the backplate of the holder (due to the design of the pliers).

If your priority is a narrow package as possible, chose the lefty version.

this is so cool. I figured out how to remove the clip on the back to keep it even slimmer. I also added KNIPEX lettering to jazz it up a little. I love it!

Gotcha. I haven't played around with any other slicers yet, but have done similar things in Bambu Studio before I started using Fusion360.

Excellent print. It fits well and makes the cobras even more portable in edc kits without adding too much bulk
