A simple but essential hardware helper for guitarists and builders working with control plates, enclosures, and panels. Centers the pot shaft perfectly and prevents rotation and wobble.
⚙️ Parameters
- 〇 Hole diameter — the existing hole in your panel or plate
- ● Shaft diameter — the bushing/thread diameter of your potentiometer
- ▭ Plate thickness — the thickness of the panel the ring sits against
ℹ️ The washer flange is always wider than the ring itself, ensuring full bearing contact on both sides of the panel.
🔧 Typical use cases
- 🎸 Guitar control plates — fitting Alpha Taiwan pots into holes sized for Bourns or CTS pots
- 🎛️ Effect pedal enclosures — reusing an existing drilled panel with a different pot brand
- 🔩 Any panel or chassis where the pot bushing is smaller than the hole

- Layer height: 0.15–0.2 mm
- Perimeters: 3–4
- Material: PETG or ABS recommended (PLA fine for light duty)
