Description

Have you ever felt like a normal lighter just wasn't sufficient??? Well, here is your solution! The Heavier is an approx 3.5x larger prop lighter to make your friends and family understand the value of your 3D-printer. Available in AMS and non-AMS.

After printing all parts, remove supports.

To assemble the top lighter parts, you will need to place the long pin through the cover and the wheel. *You may need to drill the holes larger, depending on your printer's tolerance capabilities

Next, place the striker into the nozzle. Glue should not be needed as it is a tolerance fit. *Be careful, as it's a small, fragile piece.

This would be the point where, if you wanted, you could adjust the striker piece to make it contact the wheel and improve realism

To begin final assembly, place the nozzle assembly into the provided hole on the lighter body. *Glue or some other fusion will probably be needed for this step

Next, place the cover assembly into the provided area around the nozzle. *This is another tolerance fit that may need some firm pressure to get in

Finally, place the button into the last two holes

This prop can also be used to hold birthday candles if you want an extra laugh
