This print went smooth. no issues with my A1. it came out nice and and clean. My suggestion would be to make the bottom plate about double the thickness. Not due to lack of strength of your part, but most of the chassis they make are warped and you need to apply heat to get it flat, your jig is flat, the chassis is not. I also suggest petg for same reasons!
